A Family's Fresh Start After Decades in One Home
The Challenge
I remember pulling up to the house on a quiet, tree-lined street in College Park last spring. The homeowner's parents had lived there since the 80s, and now the place was packed floor-to-ceiling with furniture, old appliances, and generations of belongings. They needed to clear it all out for a sale, but the sheer volume and the tight driveway access between two big oaks had other haulers turning down the job. Getting this wrong meant delaying their move and losing their buyer.
The Result
We brought in our 15-yard container, which was the perfect size to fit without scraping the trees. Our crew spent two days carefully loading it, breaking down bulky items on the lawn first to maximize space. By the afternoon of the second day, the house was empty and swept clean. The family closed on the sale the following week, and they got to start their next chapter without a hitch.
You guys handled my parents' entire house with such care, and our sale went through right on schedule.
